This is our school, DCT----->

Hello all.
I write to you this evening/morning in good spirits. Literally, I have indulged in a few "spirits"since 5 pm yesterday when the DCT students had to take their "Bar practicum". I have never been shy to turn down a scrumptious, well-made beverage, so I accepted the offer the cocktails.
I first received a Margarita from a timid little asian girl who did everything correctly sans filing my glass all the way up. They said that was normal- (not in Buffalo, it's not!). After that, the cute guy from Hungary that I have been admiring the past few days made me a Cobanada(sp?) which was also quite lovely. From then on we went to the Hotel Rigi where I indulged in a bit of white wine. What a lovely mountain town I reside in...not much else to do beside lounging, sadly.
Though drinking is expensive and not the healthiest option in life, it's crazy how it brings people together! This evening at the Hotel Rigi, I met many of the DCT students... We all chatted for a few hours and exchanged greetings, then stories (no dancing, but apparently that bar doesn't do that..) Strange, I know.
Anywho, in addition to the galavanting that ensued at the Hotel Rigi, the day was quite nice. I had two classes (that seemed quite similar, if you ask me) today. They were all about the dynamics of tourism, the business of tourism, globalization, etc... etc... etc...
I had a good lunch and dinner but am a bit unnerved at the lack of the ravioli I had. The ravioli was BOMB! (That means really good for all you oldies!)... It was SO good, but I had chicken for lunch and eggs with chicken for dinner. WEAK! I guess it just wasn't my time...Oh well, there are starving children in Africa, even on the east side of Buffalo for that matter, so I guess I'll just count my blessings-the yolks were gooey and the chicken sauce was nice- that's all I need.
I am off to bed because I have class very early in the "morgan".
A few words that I have thought up:
"The beauty of your future is determined by the color of your dreams". There are my own inspirational words for the day. Paint you future with the brightest pallet imaginable, for you are the one that determines the beauty of your life! It can be amazing!!!
